I did some more natural dyeing this week.
These are hand spun Mohair skeins from my goats, dyed with Onion Skins (yellow) and Madder Root (orange). I LOVE the way they came out! The yellow one on the end looks darker, but it's not. Must be the light in the photo. And they are oh so soft too! This weekend my Guild is going to do some dyeing with Mimosa leaves. I'm hoping for a complimentary green. Then I will do more Black Walnut to go with it.
I will, of course, post the results, so check back.

These guys were made with my 1st skein of hand spun yarn. I dye the goat's shorts with Kool-Aid. The pattern is one I made up using a modified Teddy Bear pattern.

This is a Lion that I made for my Mom. She's a cat person and loves lions and tigers.

Ok these aren't Bears... but they are still cute!

This is Mickey Mouse. I made it for my daughter for Christmas last year. She's a HUGE Disney fan.

More Bears

This is Ralphy

Ralphy and Christopher

Bernie and Alice
I just finished these two. They are best friends!

Teddy Bears

I think it's time I added some of my Teddy Bears to my Blog page. Hope you like them!
